Our licence
Casa Verde holds licence [licence number], issued under the Ministry of Public Health framework for controlled herbs. The certificate is displayed in the shop, as the law requires. If you would like to see it, ask — we would rather you checked.
Our practitioner
[practitioner’s name] is our DTAM-qualified practitioner, present on the premises throughout our opening hours. Since April 2026 this has been a legal requirement for a dispensary, and it is one of the reasons a large number of shops chose not to renew.
How we operate
Every prescription and every prescriber licence is verified before a sale. We keep the records the Ministry requires. We do not advertise, sell online, or run promotions on cannabis, because all three are prohibited — and we would rather be the quiet shop that is still open next year than the loud one that is not.
Why the rules keep changing
Thai cannabis regulation has moved several times since 2022, most recently in April 2026. We keep a plain, dated record of what changed and when, because most of the confusion we hear at the counter comes from advice that was accurate two years ago.
