Where to find us

We are at 2nd Floor, UR Building, 141 Thong Lo 13 Alley, Khlong Tan Nuea, Watthana, Bangkok 10110, BTS Thong Lo, 1.4 km down the soi towards Sukhumvit. The entrance is off Thong Lo 13 — look for the doorway rather than a shopfront.

Opening hours

We are open Mon–Sat 10:00–02:00 · Sun closed. Hours can change around Thai public holidays, and when they do we update our Google listing first, so check there if you are travelling across the city.

Bring these two things

Your valid PT-33 prescription and photo identification — a passport if you are visiting, a Thai ID card if you live here. We verify the prescription and the issuing practitioner’s licence before any sale. It is our legal responsibility, so it happens every time and takes a few minutes.

Without a prescription

We cannot complete a sale. We would much rather you knew that before crossing Bangkok than after. If you do not have one yet, our page on how the process works explains where to start.
